Studio Acoustic Panel is made from 100% polyester, by needle punching processing. The production process is completely physical & eco-friendly, no waste water, emissions, waste,. no adhesive, The porous nature of acoustic panel makes it sound absorptive & thermal insulative with features of  Non-toxic, non-allergenic, non-irritant and does not contain formaldehyde binders and have high NRC: 0.85

Its excellent sound absorption properties make Soundbetter Acoustic Panel ideal for noise-sensitive environments such as theatres, auditoriums, recording and broadcasting studios, retail areas, call centre, office  classrooms and board rooms, among many others.

There are 50% posted industrial polyester in Soundbetter Studio Acoustic Panel,  these fibre are made of recycled bottles or fabric,  it is renewable resource.When making colored fibre, color master has been injected into filament, so the color of Studio Acoustic Panel has excellent persistence.

All the fibres are horizontal and vertical intertwined together during production, which makes the PET acoustic board rigid, flexible and impact resistance.With needle-punching, there are lots of tiny holes in Studio Acoustic Panel, which makes Studio Acoustic Panel a great acoustic product to reduce noise and makes the sound better, the space quieter.

A: Yes, Suzhou Soundbtter can provide you with PET acoustic samples. Color chart and small pieces samples are free. for large size sample order,  charge will be based on quality.

And please note all the fright fee of sample is collected

A: Yes, ODM & OEM are welcomed.

A: According to the order quantity and colors, it takes 3-7 days for stock panel, if there is no stock, it takes 2-4 weeks.
